It has been a rewarding experience, but she is happy to pass the baton to Eric Strieter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 2023: Jessica Allen wins a Chemistry Department Ambassador Award and visits UMass Lowell to present a research seminar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 2023: Lynmarie is elected <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biophysics.org\/news-room\/biophysical-society-announces-the-results-of-its-2023-elections\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.biophysics.org\/news-room\/biophysical-society-announces-the-results-of-its-2023-elections\">President of the Biophysical Society<\/a>! She is honored to have this opportunity to give back to this society that has been an important source of scientific inspiration and community throughout her career.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>31July2023: Tom and Aruni\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/doi\/full\/10.1073\/pnas.2218467120\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/doi\/full\/10.1073\/pnas.2218467120\">PNAS paper is published<\/a>! HDX-MS of functional signaling complexes has yielded novel insights into how the kinase is controlled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>July 2023: Jessica and Katie attend the Protein Society Meeting in Boston.&nbsp;<ul><li>Jessica presents her poster \u201c<em>Solid-State NMR Assignment of Rigid Segments of Chemoreceptors in Functional Chemotaxis Signaling Complexes.\u201d&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Katie wins an award for her poster \u201c<em>The role of ATP in P1-P4 Domain Interaction in Bacterial Chemotaxis Kinase CheA\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 Congratulations Katie!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>February 2023: Tom and Lynmarie attend the Biophysical Society Meeting in San Diego.
