We received our first major grant from National Science Foundation!

Our proposed project, titled “ACED: Revolutionizing Instrumental Analysis Using Foundation Models“, has received an award of $500,000 from National Science Foundation (NSF), Accelerating Computing-Enabled Scientific Discovery (ACED) Program! In this study, we designed a novel method to perform a reverse translation from a molecular spectrum to a molecular structure. Prof. Lin is the PI, and Prof. Guan from UMass CICS is the co-PI.
