Congratulations to Emily Tetrault, who received a fellowship from the American Chemical Society’s Connecticut Valley Section to continue her research on nanoparticle stabilized capsules targeting the breast cancer protein HUNK this summer!

Junior chemistry major Taylor Smith has received a Commonwealth Honors College Research Assistant Fellowship for the fall semester! Congrats Taylor!!!

Lots of things are going on in the lab over the summer. Chris (post-bac student), Emily (Mount Holyoke undergrad), and another Michael (SPUR/PREP researcher) have joined us. Look for them — and hopefully a new group photo — in the near future!

The group had its first holiday party on Dec. 7 — with special guests from the Hardy lab and our rotation students from this semester! A good time was had by all — more photos will be forthcoming!
